Dental Technician – Denture, Removable Department

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Denture Technician to join our nationally recognized full service dental lab in Northern Virginia. As a key member of our expanding Removable Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a great team and contribute to delivering high-quality prostheses.

Responsibilities:

• Fabrication and design of high-quality denture prosthetics, including full and partial dentures
• Perform repairs, relines, and rebases to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Articulating dentures and partials with attention to detail
• Set up and processing of dentures, delivering accurate and esthetic results
• Support the team with additional duties as needed, maintaining a flexible and team-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a dental lab technician
• Proficient in CAD design for removable appliances, or eager to develop this skill
• Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and working efficiently
• Effective team player with strong communication skills, able to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
• Demonstrates good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills, essential for precision work

Job Type:

• Full-time

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Advanced training in dental lab and technology is highly valued, but not required
• a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in fabricating high-quality prosthetic denture products from start to finish is preferred

• A background screening will also be conducted as part of the hiring process

Compensation:

• The rate of pay is competitive and negotiable, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
